About Toledo Water Conditioning

Toledo Water Conditioning is a water treatment company operating continuously since 1947 from 2806 Nebraska Ave, Toledo, OH 43607. Our office, retail counter, and self serve water refill station are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. We serve homes and businesses across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, including Toledo, Perrysburg, Sylvania, Oregon, Maumee, and Waterville, along with the surrounding communities.

What we sell and do includes whole house water filtration, water softener systems, reverse osmosis drinking water systems, specialty water filters for iron, sediment, and chlorine, saltless scale reduction systems, sulfur water treatment, pond chlorination, commercial water treatment, water softener salt at the counter and by delivery, scheduled water delivery in 5 gallon bottles, water coolers for purchase and business rental, and a self serve water refill station at our Nebraska Ave location.

Using the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, when you submit any form on the Service. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or introduce malicious code.
• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Service without our permission.

Requests for Quotes and Service

Forms on the Service let you request a free water analysis, ask about pricing, schedule an appointment, or ask a question. Submitting a form is a request, not a binding agreement. It does not create a contract for products or services until we confirm it with you directly.

A free water analysis is an analysis. It is not a quote, it does not obligate you to buy anything, and it does not obligate us to sell or install any particular system.

Any pricing, availability, or product information shown on the Service is for general reference and may change without notice. Actual pricing depends on what a test of your water finds, the equipment your water calls for, installation requirements, and a site evaluation where applicable. Prices for items bought at our counter, including water softener salt and self serve refills, are the prices posted at our Nebraska Ave location at the time of purchase.

When you submit a form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the contact details you enter, including any phone number or email address.

Phone, Text, and Email Communications

When you give us your phone number or email address through the Service, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text message, or email. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. How we handle your phone number and email address is described in our Privacy Policy.

Purchases, Installation, Delivery, and Rentals

The Service describes what we sell and do. It is not the agreement under which we sell or do it. Equipment purchases, installations, service calls, scheduled water delivery, bottle exchange, and water cooler purchase or rental are each governed by the quote, invoice, delivery agreement, or rental agreement you sign or accept with us, together with any manufacturer terms that come with the equipment. Where those documents and these Terms differ about a purchase or a job, those documents control.

Our self serve refill station is available during posted business hours. Customers bring their own containers. It is your responsibility to make sure any container you fill is clean, food safe, and in sound condition. We are not responsible for the condition of containers we did not supply, or for how water is stored or handled after it leaves the station.

Information About Products and Water Treatment

Content on the Service about water quality, treatment methods, contaminants, and equipment is general information. It is not a professional recommendation for your specific situation, and it is not a statement about the safety or condition of any public water supply. Water conditions vary by location, source, well, and household, and the right treatment depends on what a test of your water actually finds. Nothing on the Service is a guarantee of a specific test result, a specific level of contaminant reduction, or any health outcome. We encourage you to request a free water analysis before making decisions about water treatment equipment.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Toledo Water Conditioning and its licensors. Our name, our logo, our branding, and our own product names, including TWC 100, may not be used without our prior written permission.

Product names, brands, and trademarks belonging to other companies that appear on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Customer reviews shown on the Service are reproduced from the platform where they were posted and remain the words of the person who wrote them.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and replace any prior agreements on that subject.
